How it Works

Start with our 8 lb Mini Beef share and add more!

A Mini Beef Share includes an 8 lb minimum of meat from the following:

  • 2 Premium Steaks (Bone-in Ribeye, T-bone, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, etc.) 
  • 2 lbs of Table Steaks (London Broil, Chuck, Sirloin, etc.)
  • 2 lbs Package of Savory meats (Chipped steak, Beef Cubes, Kabob Meat, etc.)
  • 3 lbs 80/20 of our ultimate Ground Beef (cooks like an 85/15) 

You can add more steaks and cuts to your beef share.

Can I customize my cuts with each subscription order?

You can customize the add-ons to your Mini Beef Share. However, the main 8 lb beef share cannot be customized because this allows us to evenly divide each meat share with others.

Sharing a fraction of a whole steer allows everyone to enjoy all types of premium, value, savory cuts, and ground beef. The variety is delicious and is a sustainable practice, as well as supporting small and medium-sized Pennsylvania farms.

Free Local Delivery

It's true! We offer free local deliveries to addresses within 25 miles of our warehouse, located in Souderton, PA 18964. If your address is within 25 miles, a free delivery option will automatically populate at checkout.

How does the subscription work?

Our flexible subscription options allow you to choose delivery frequencies of 2 Weeks, Monthly, or 6 Weeks. You can also update or pause your subscription at any time.

When will my order arrive?

All orders ship on Tuesdays to ensure freshness and consistent delivery. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we aim for you to receive your order by Thursday. Orders will arrive in an insulated box on dry ice or a nontoxic ice pack.

Is there a shipping fee?

Free local shipping for all orders within 25 miles of Souderton, Pa 18964. Others will have shipping calculated at checkout. 1/4, 1/2, or whole steers will be contacted to determine final shipping costs.

Where does the beef come from?

All of our beef is sourced from grass-fed and finished farms across Pennsylvania. Our commitment is to bring you the highest-quality, grass-fed, grass-finished beef that’s locally and responsibly raised.

Why is the beef shipped frozen?

Our grass-fed beef is vacuum sealed and flash frozen at a USDA butcher. Keeping the beef frozen and air-tight ensures freshness all the way to your door. We ship with insulated packaging and dry ice.
